Pecos Villas II Resort Rental Policies
1. Daily & Weekly rates subject to 10.78% bed tax plus $25.00 extra charge. 2. Monthly guests are required to provide and pay for their own electricity. Water and trash collection is included. There is no tax on monthly rentals. 3. Weekday minimum stay is two nights. 4. Rates shown are for 4 adults. Call for more information on additional persons in unit. 5. Rates during holiday weeks are 20% higher. Three day minimum holiday weeks include Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. 6. Monthly reservations require a deposit of the first month's rent in advance. All other reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the charge for the time reserved, with the balance due at check-in. 7. Full refund with 30 days notice of cancellation. No refunds are given for "NO SHOWS". 8. We accept personal checks in advance or cash at time of check-in. 9. Refundable Security Deposit Paid in Advance will be Mailed back after Check Out. 10. Small pet is OK, with $20.00 Non-refundable fee. 11. A small linen fee will be charged.
